As a little girl, I loved spending the Sundays with my dad on the hills around my hometown, Strumica. The pandemic made me re-connect with nature, as a means to recharge, put my thoughts in order and re-focus, carrying that passion throughout the last 3 years around the picturesque Welsh peaks.

While my cooking could use some improvement, I love getting friends and family together for either a night out or dinner night at home.

There's nothing quite like the sound of joy and laughter filling my home during dinners, soirées, and game nights. It makes my heart sing and fills me with such happiness to see friends and family enjoying themselves together. Full house, full heart they say!
